What is the rent to own program and how does it work?
If you’ve been renting with us multiple times, we really value that and think you should be rewarded for it. Customers who sign up and rent through Seranova will earn points. One point is equivalent to 1 yen.
After you accumulate a certain number of points, you will become eligible to purchase the products directly from us. It’s that simple.
What is the benefit of the rent-to- own program?
1. The rent-to- own program can be an excellent option for people who want – but are not financially ready – to buy a drone. Instead of paying money up front to purchase a drone, you can make period rentals until you have enough points to keep the drone.
2. The rent-to- own program allows you to try different drones as they become available for rent, and still use those points to purchase any item. For example, you could rent a Mavic and a Phantom, and then use your points to purchase 3d Goggles.
3. The rent-to- own program is great for people who are not sure if they want to buy a drone in the future or not. Your points are valid for up to one year so you can come back later and use them.

Are the drones in good condition?
We do our best to take care of our drones. They are used but will be in very good condition. Most of the items we offer for purchase are lightly used items. In some cases, we do have brand new, unopened units available for purchase. Let us know if you prefer to buy the item brand new at firstname.lastname@example.org
Does my purchase come in the original box?
Does it come with any accessories?
All the accessories that come with a camera or lens will be listed on the item's page. If an accessory is not listed and you would like to purchase it additionally, please contact us at email@example.com before placing your order.
Does my purchase come with a warranty?
1. You have 48 hours to return the item for a full refund if you are not happy with your purchase.
2. You are covered for 30 days by Seranova’s replacement policy. If the item is not as described and doesn't function as expected, you can return it for a replacement unit within the first 30 days of your purchase. Wear and tear damage caused by usage is not covered under this replacement policy.
3. You can sign up for an insurance plan through a 3 rd party provider like Aeroentry.
How do I view how many points I have?
You can view the # of points you have by logging into your account.
